Delivery: We despatch items usually within 48 hours. Small parcels are usually sent via Royal Mail. Larger items will be sent by courier. If there are any problems regarding your order we will contact you.

Where are the products made? The vast majority of items featured on this website are manufactured in our factory which is based on the edge of Lake District in the UK.
Office Hours: 9am-5.00pm Monday-Friday excluding Public Holidays.
Payment: We accept all major credit cards and paypal via our online secure store. We also accept cheques and postal orders via our mail order service.
